• Not share access keys or premium account access with any third party. Sharing credentials will lead to immediate account termination.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Ayurveda Library—including online mock test questions, answer explanations, Mnemonics, course notes, PDF brochures, diagrams, and layout styling—is the intellectual property of Ayurveda Library, founded by Dr. Vivek Tiwari. You may not copy, record, republish, distribute, sell, or modify any content without explicit written consent.

3. Practice Portal & Ranks Disclaimer

Ayurveda Library provides mock test drills (CBT patterns) and coaching resources to help students prepare for exams like AIAPGET, UPSC, and State AMO. While we pride ourselves on results, we do not guarantee exam selection, ranking outcomes, or admission matching. Test series rankings within our portal are comparative and for self-evaluation only.

4. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the daily quiz, mock tests, or course dashboard immediately if we notice any scraping activity, excessive requests, bot usage, or sharing of study resources on external channels (like Telegram/WhatsApp).

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the services of Ayurveda Library will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
