1. Digital Content Delivery

All test series packages, CBT mocks, counselling guides, and premium study materials sold on https://ayugurulibrary.com are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment verification, access keys, course portals, or PDF assets are instantly activated on your student dashboard. Because of this immediate delivery model, we maintain strict policy outlines.

2. No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Ayurveda Library portal are final and non-refundable:

• Once test questions, keys, or study modules have been unlocked or attempted, we cannot issue a refund.
• Refunds are not granted due to change of mind, lack of interest, or syllabus updates released by NTA or state boards.
• We strongly suggest taking our free daily quizzes, reading the free demo news updates, and reviewing course syllabi before subscribing.

3. Double-Charge & Payment Failures

In case of technical errors where money is debited from your account but registration fails:

• Contact us within 48 hours with proof of transaction (payment receipt screenshot and transaction reference ID).
• If payment is verified at our payment gateway backend, we will immediately register you to the requested course.
• If a payment fails and is not captured by our gateway provider, it is automatically refunded by your bank within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Students can discontinue their preparation or close their account at any time. However, cancellations of ongoing subscriptions, active mock packages, or pre-paid test batches will not result in any pro-rata refunds for the remaining duration.
